I left talk talk for Nildram on June 19th (oh happy day!!!). I received a bill a week later for the following month but thought that would be sorted out the next time. Got the next bill last week and have now been billed up to 19th August. After reading posts here and elsewhere i now reckon they will bill me month on month now.
I emailed Charles dunstone's office and the main talk talk CS email last Monday but as yet have had no response. Sent the email to Dunstone again on Saturday, copying the Escalations dept but haven't heard anything. What do you have to do to get out of this? Is is a case of waiting till they credit blacklist me?
I have never known a more inept, useless company in all my life!
