Just wondering now that ADSL Max from TT seems dead in the water, about terminating early as SKY are doing some good offers ATM. Looking at TT's T&C's the relevant passage is slightly confusing..
'In you terminate your Broadband Service prior to the end of the Minimum Period you must pay us any monthly
Charges (prior to the deduction of any TalkTalk fixed line or other discounts) that remain due up to the end of the
Minimum Period. The same applies if your telephone line is disconnected for any other reason such that we can no
longer provide you with our Broadband Service.'
Example: Customer has 6 months to run on telephone contract and 9 months on BB
Does this add up to: 6 x 23 quid for the T3I phone package and 9 x 10 quid for the BB (The line is non-LLU and TT do the line rental. If the calculation above is correct then the figure would be around 228 pounds - not realistically viable for the present - but have I calculated that correctly?
