Speed, torrents, customer service....AAAGGGHHH!!!!

2 days live and have about a 5th of previous ISP's speed and torrents are pointless even though a 40gig limit so explains why so big!

Also still waiting on their kit I ordered about a month ago!

For some it seems to be, but not for me .

I was ready to kiss torrents and the like good bye when I migrated over to TalkTalk, but fired a few off and found I could download at 2Mb and faster depending on how well seeded. I've hardly noticed any contention generally, but my exchange may be less busy than yours or you could have another problem[s].

As for customer service, it is ok, I still have an unresolved issue with that my SNR can't be lowered because my phone number doesn't match what data for my line they see at the exchange. But that is my only minor gripe.
