Update -
The executive office support called me last night and went through changing settings and they don't seem to know why it isn't working either. So are going to keep in touch with me to see how I resolve the issue in case another customer has the same problem.
It is the first time they have seen this fault themselves with this router and don't understand why the router re-boots when I try to connect to the VPN and is fine all other times.
They are going to send me out another echolife router to eliminate it being a router fault.
Can't really fault customer service on this issue as least they are trying to get to the bottom of the problem.
