I have been waiting since February with 5 cancelled applications and charges for a new phone line I already have! All five were stuck. I had aol disconnected in March and now have nothing? My wife is nearly suicidal now and we are so fed up.

Talk Talk use a new system called Trio. It seems to be troublesome with stuck orders and etc. I have been lucky and not been affected so far. But I have seen some customers with stuck orders upto 1 year old. Hope they do sort something out.
