Grrrr........... Getting annoyed now....

Rite trying to signup to the TALK TALK Members forums. I have been on the phone to the customer services guy and got my 10 digit phone account number. I enter this along with my phone number and i keep getting this message...

�Your Telephone Number / Account Number Combination Does Not Exist Or The Account Is No Longer Active. You Must Have An Account To Access This Site.

Tech support transfer me to customer services, and i reckon my phone has just gone dead where i have been cut off while waiting... FFFSSSSS....!!!!!!

The database only gets updated once a week i think.

You can contact them via the "Contact Us" section on the site to try and get it sorted.

Hi Aj,

If you use the Contact Us Form on the Members Forum to raise this issue to the Online Community Team this can be resolve so you can register on the forum.

When errors with registration or login occur these need to be raised via the Contact Us Form to be appropriately addressed.
