still cant join talktalk !!!!

well further to my earlier post regarding not being able to join talktalk,i,m still no further forward,this is despite recieving a call from tt telling me my order was going ahead,(it never did) called tt up again,was told that my case would be escalated and that i would recieve a call on monday (never recieved the the call) unable to order online as it states that i,ve already joined !! i,m stuck and nobody at tt seems to have a clue what to do ,any further ideas would be great

Surely it would have been more helpful to have continued your original thread? Now we are unaware of the background to this.
