Just had a letter from TalkTalk telling me that the monthly fee is going up to £25 pm. Blimey, 9 months ago (on Pipex) it was £16 then became £20-ish in November. Still, it makes decision making easier. Plusnet it is then. Just pity any customer service rep. who gets the job of phoning me to offer a deal to keep me. What a way to run a business.
