Been trying to join since Wednesday, used contact us form but no rely only the automated one.
Just need my profile altering to something faster.

nothing will happen over the weekend as the forum is only staffed during weekdays and i have not seen a representative from TalkTalk for a while now but that's not to say they don't check in here , its to say they have not posted in a while .

I wonder why TalkTalk can't automatically approve new customers for forum registration, it seems quite inefficient that it has to be done manually.

I am in the same boat. Tried to register on Tuesday and got the auto reply saying they will respond in 24 hours and since then nothing. Annoying.

Thats the thing with these cheap deals, customer service takes a hit.

TalkTalk Business who i have moved from, at least would reply back quicker.
