I have set the TT box's IP in its own settings.

TalkTalk 24Mb
Current Line Status

Connection Speed 24575 Kbps 1019 Kbps
Line Attenuation 14.2 dB 5.5 dB
Noise Margin 1.2 dB 11.8 dB

BT 8Mb
Virgin 50Mb
BT 7Mb

Other ISP's used over the years: AOL Supanet Pipex Tiscali Eclipse Zen

Set the IP of the DMZ to the YourView box.

TalkTalk paid for boosts use vci 0 vpi 65 and use IGMP. The router must have the correct vci ,vpi and igmp settings for the tv boosts to work.

vci 0, vpi 38 is needed at the same time for ordinary web usage.

Some routers will not provide out of the box options for dual/ multiple settings or it can be hard to find how to do it. The TalkTalk router will arrive with all that done for you with their firmware.

My Dlink G604T is running router tech firmware.. I can have multiple settings for vci so i shall try and and see what happens.
