Engineer came yesterday
New extention socket to bedroom where main phone and router plugged in ( with you view box)
Then power line adapter to my tv downstairs and an old router for sky anytime, my ps3 and tv
Two wireless ssid to cover some black spots the iPad 2 struggled to connect in.
Connecting at a stable 10/12 mb slightly slower than orange but acceptable for now.
10 days aftr go live Hopefully this is the end if my problems and I don't have to talk to their offshore ''support' for the next 18 months. When I will swap to someone else.
Now to write the complaint email with the catalogue of issues and see what their response is.
