My grandma got an email recently regarding the price rise. It was to be 1.75 per month on top of her existing £40 price (line rental and ADSL broadband, unlimited calls and the international call package)

She was offered £28.70 for 18 months but I turned this down and they offered £24.95 for 18 months.

Given my alternative was BT which starts at £25 before you�ve added any call packages but has cashback from topcashback I�m pretty happy with their retention offer.

That is a cracking deal, i have just added the Sky sport boost to my ADSL BB with UK calls to all phones and mobiles and at £31 compared to their competitors its a steal.
