Urgent help please

I signed up to Plusnet about the end of June, change over date was the 14th July.
About 09:30 my phone/BB went off, II kept checking throughout the day, next morning still no phone/BB.
Phoned Plusnet, (15th) they said that talktalk had removed the STOP and that I would have to contact TT, spent the rest of the morning phoning TT, at lest 3 times when passed to another dept I was cut off.
I have been in contact with Plusnet and they are trying to resolve this but are limited because of the STOP.
Can anyone offer any help on how I can resole this.

I have been out of contract with TT for many years and payment is and always has been by DD.

hi Penmist,

sounds like an issue hard to give advice on, the STOP is the known problem, and TALKTALK are the known only solvers of that problem as i understand it?

Have you tried the members forum?

My thoughts exactly CHW_BA12 (I would add more but don't want to be banned)
There is a glimmer of hope,PN have liaised with OR.
Would you believe it TT set me a router, I didn't accept it, it went back with the courier.
Plus I have been in touch with my bank and the DD had not been cancelled, it is now.
