Getting fed up with this. Tweaked my MTU from 1500 to 1492 to 1478 (in windows and in the modem) with b*gger all difference. Speeds averaging 2mb, saw 5.6mb for one glorious second but find I'm usually less than 2Mb. Interestingly the recommended speedtest from eclipse is http://st.tstools.co.uk/ and this reports double what adslguide's speed test reports.

Hope it'll improve when my 10 days are up.
