Re: OT Up and over vs Down and under

It was, though I'd say the score was Scotland 20 - England 15 - Jonny 20 - Donal Courtenay 7! I don't think much of him as a referee, but as a TMO he's utterly incompetent.

I'm probably the only person in Britain, let alone Scotland who thinks his arm slammed down the ball before his foot hit the ground! Ah well, wouldn't have made any difference anway

Re-did the test on here though.

Well, having watched it several times, even using Sky+ to freeze it for myself, I'm convinced that his foot was in touch, as was his lower leg to the knee. As you say, it makes no difference, and the Scottish try followed a lineout which should have seen a penalty awarded to England for pulling down.

OTOH, I thought Wayne Barnes did well in Italy v France, especially as he spoke neither Italian or French. I think he has a bright future.

The BT tester isn't fair, it comes from BT after all.

Those figures look pretty much spot on for a 1Mbps connection. Your d/s speed is slightly higher than I ever achieved, your u/s is slightly slower, but I doubt you will notice it. The variation in speed you are experiencing is probably down to your ISP, though might just be exchange congestion.

It might be worth your while, depending on how you stand contractually, looking at another ISP.
