Good day all..
I have been reading majority of stuff here and trying to work out the problem with my DSL myself, as Orange dont seem to be able to help me.
We have had ongoing issues with our DSL connection since around march 06. (according to samknows, this is when our exchange got converted to be capable of MaxDSL)
Numerous calls to Orange have proved fruitless. Numerous BT line checks havent found anything. Recently they did find a voice error through. Openreach tech came to house. found corroded wires on pole, and redid them. Voice line now clear. Still get faint dsl noise in background, but nothing major.
He performed a Woosh test, got a 99% reading back he said. (before work it was a 64%)
Our line stats are very irratic and never seem to stay in one place. SNR can be all over the place, right down to 5.0db dwn and have seen it up at 20db dwn at times.
Face plate is an ADSLNation XTE-2005
Even direct into test socket doesnt improve anything.
I have a few devices.
BT Voyager 2100
D-Link DSL-G624M
(Orange Issued) Thomson Speedtouch 330 USB.
Speedtouch seems to connect regardless of whats happening with the line but will drop regularly.
BT Voyager cant sync at all today.
Dont know how to get stats off the speedtouch.
Stats from the D-Link

This was up for about 30 seconds before it dropped out.
I dont know what to try or do next. Orange dont seem to want to help. They have even told me to try clearing out my Internet Cache.
I think i have included everything.. not sure.
Any help, ideas, questions.. please feel free.. I'm totally lost now.
Its been going on for months and months and I dont know where to turn.
Thankyou!
