fed up to the back teeth connection drop

i only use internet in evening, it locks up/drops and errors at least 5 to 10 times a night.

heres my stats

ReceiveAttenuation_dB= 44
ReceiveMargin_dB= 10
RxOutputPower_dBm= 0
SendAttenuation_dB= 25
SendMargin_dB= 23

are these "acceptable"?

Depends on what sort of service your ISP provides ? If that's not a MAX service, then I would reckon you don't have your kit set up right. Have you tested at the NTE with all extensions disconnected, as described in the link ?

Looks OK. Who are your ISP and are those stats taken at night when its "rubbish"?

the stats are the same at anytime, the conenction doesnt drop as such its just my modem wont send any data, i have to remove it from the computer and plug it back in.

Could be the USB ports are unable to provide the power required and causing the lockups. If you have a powered usb hub (ie has it's own power supply) that might be worth a shot.
