How long does it usually take for BT to change your target SNR if you ask them?

I'd be amazed if you got them to reset it in the first place!

BT must of done something. Before moving to Entanet my Download SNR was hovering around 6db with a synch of about 4.7-5.0Meg and a IP profile of 4MB. Now its around 12-15db with a synch of 3.7-4.0Meg and a IP profile of 3MB.

Yeah, BT's systems must've picked up noise on your line and a lot of resyncs, causing the systems to increase your target noise margin to stabilise the line, giving a lower sync.
What I'm saying is, is that getting BT to reset the target noise margin to 6db will be difficult.

My SNR does vary a bit after 6pm but my connection was stable before moving to Entanet. I think I'll wait for the 10 day stabilisation peroid to end and phone Enta and see what they can do. Thanks for all your help Hysteria.
