Is this OLD BT Socket wired correctly?pic included

[link to this post]

I'm havin problems with line been very unstable laterly, syncing at 4megs then costantly dropping and syncing at 100-600kb's, and noise margin increases from 12-32...

So i'm going to go through all sockets and check them, first is the main socket its not a bt master sockets its one of those old BT 52a ones.

Is this wired correctly from the right is the cable comming from outside, the left is the extention socket cables.

that is not a socket it is a junction box. With two wires in and out it is wired correctly. The top incoming looks a bit corroded and half out of the box, may be worth cleaning it up - it belongs to BT so report it to them.
