OPAL Business, disconnecting? HELP!

Please help. new to forums, so be gentle

We have installed OPAL business internet to our new house. But the connection seems to be diabolical. We have only had the internet for this house for 10days (from this date) and the stability of it is dreadful.

Going onto the internet last for aprox 4/6minutes before it cuts out. The signal icon in the corner of my pc has a yellow triangle and takes a good few minutes before the whole cycle restarts.

Its disrupting my work as i rely on the internet for e-mails and the like.

We have been told its to do with our D-Link router. But we have changed it. We have also changed the micro filter.

Does anyone have any insight for me on why this is an issue for us?
