All of my equipment is new and tested behind the BT socket and appears to be working fine! I have went through endless amounts of raised tickets with BT who have told me there is nothing wrong with my line.
However that is complete and utter rubbish! I have been through just about everything they have asked me to try, provided them with screenshots etc.
It's now got to a point where I cannot even use my connection for most of the day due to it being increasingly slow! Its mostly after 6pm but it also can happen sometimes during the day so I would'nt say that it is ONLY peak times because its quite random.
I think the last option is for me to get an engineer out because im quite sure the problem does not lay at my end!
