CISAS

Has anyone had any positive communication with CISAS?

My latest claim has had NowTV claim my bank had them remove my details from their sever(s) and CISAS refuse to revisit the claim now I have a letter from my bank saying they did not and would not do such a thing.

Never dealt with CISAS, however what reason have they given for refusing to re-open the case?

They don't give a reason. I approached Ofcom, but of course they don't look at indivual cases.

What about the Ombudsman?
