which number to ring to change package!?

hello!

well ive finally had enough of the poor broadband from VM so im going to get a BT line activated and go with O2 as the other half is on an O2 contract so itll only be a tenner plus bt line rental. anyway...

I want to keep my Tv service and phone but which number do i ring at virgin to get this changed!? I've already rung 150 and they gave me 0800 0520 184 to ring and the automated message didn't sound like what I was after. I'm still on hold but just wondered if anyone had managed to easily cancel just their BB and which number did they use?

0845 454 1111 is what I called when I wanted to cancel. 45 minutes later I was off the phone and I managed to negotiate a better rate for the 2Mb service and signed up for another 12 months.

I called 0800 073 0399 (listed on saynoto0870.com for 0845 454 1111). 5 minutes later I walked away only paying for the 30 days notice (and I was only 8 months into my 12 months contract :-).
