Webmail

I was always able to receive my mail on my phone until recently. On my phone, I have in my favourites 'virgin media/account'. It would go to the sign in to email page, my email address and password were remembered in the cache, I would press 'sign in' and then it used to show me all my email.

But the last few months it always says "Your email service is being upgraded. Please enter your email address to check if your account has been moved to our new system." It then goes to https://mail.ntlworld.com/, tries to load data, and then I get a blank page! Very occasionally it loads my mail but mostly not. Sometimes it keeps directing me to sign in again.

If I try webmail from my pc, it also says "Your email service is being upgraded. Please enter your email address to check if your account has been moved to our new system." So I click sign in, then it takes me to another page requesting my email address and password, but then it loads my email.

Why does it keep saying my service is being upgraded?
Why does it not load my mail on my phone, and why does it keep asking me to sign in?
Anyone else experiencing this?
