left virgin media to join zen internet

I am very happy with zen as my 8128kbps downstream and 448kbps upstream is brilliant all day hitting 7Mbps download. Better than virgin media 10Mbps which throttling my speed down to 2.5Mbps.

This must be getting very expensive for you.

You only switched from 50(?) to 10 the other day which would set you on a new 12 month contract http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/virgin_cable/t/3929... and now you are off to ADSL after presumably paying for a line install.

So 50 to 10 to 8 - are we to expect a downgrade to dialup next week?

If you can't fix it with a hammer you've got an electrical problem.

No, I wasn't in any 12 months contract as it no fixed contract when I downgrade tro 10Mb. VM had accepted my cancellation. And owe nothing.

Bye bye VM (the old dial up and horror traffic management)

Maybe change your sign then so people don't think you are a customer?

I had a bad time with Zen so it's horses for courses and depends on so many factors.

You were only on 10mbps late October according to this. Me thinks you are full of ......

Anyway you should make your mind up what package you want/have and what package(s) you've had.
