I'm not.

I haven't even started the signup process yet. I've been weighing up the pros and cons of maybe getting TV as well. It's a longer contract, granted, but it's possible to get M+ TV and the phone line (which won't even be getting a phone plugged into it, incidentally, but it works out cheaper to get all three rather than just BB + TV) along with the 100mbit (soon to be 120mbit) package for only £3 more per month than the broadband itself would be. (after Quidco and prepaying 12 months' line rental)
Perhaps I should have stated that ON PAPER they're head and shoulders above. I've been reassured by a few locals, though, that the service is stable and for the most part doesn't suffer from the congestion that other areas do. I don't feel quite as worried about signing up as I did on Friday.
