Something has gone wrong with my Vodafone fibre connection, I seem to have two OGEA numbers on my line, and the line is in migration, open reach have verified that the line is working at the socket, and said it’s a Vodafone problem, speaking to Vodafone home broadband support they can’t fix it, if I migrated to another provider would this fix the problem, or would the migration fail due to the problems above.
