I hope this doesn't stay the current assumed top post for long, but I must admit that Vodafone have sorted out the problems I was having as described (all of which were factual for the record), in around the last 8 weeks. I have not really had problems in this time.
However, I don't accept this fully, as I had to write here (presumably) and also contact them multiple times to try and achieve resolutions which were insufficient as described to me on the phone as I recall.
Everything is fine, and for 12 a month, this is now a good value service that I would recommend (to the around 91% of eligible people in the UK who could benefit from it, yes, this is now my preferred ISP therein) and I hope there are no hard feelings and you are having a good day.
