Pro 3 router

Hi,

Seem to be the hoarder of weird issues.😊

I upgraded to Pro 3 as wanted stability for WFH.

I was setup last Tuesday but have a weird issue, for the last three days, in the morning my devices that are connected to the 2.5GB port lose connection. My S24 which connects to W7 also loses connection. I can never get them to reconnect. All other devices are fine.
Restarting the router doesn't do it, plugging my old hub (none W7) in it works . If I connect the W7 after about 30 minutes of using the old router, it works fine. The only difference I've seen is the ONT data light is amber with the W7 router and green with old router.

If I disconnect one of the connected devices, it won't reconnect, just sirs on trying to obtain IP address.

Hi,

Sorry I'm late to reply. Had similar issues and found the pro 3 router to be infuriating to use. Managed to speak to Vodafone CS and told them I wanted to return the pro3 kit, they told me to keep it and just reduced my bill to £35 pcm. They are sending another router out which is arriving today but I will just going to go back to my trusty Synology kit.
