Can't call 0844 number using VoipCheap

I've got 2 voip accounts one is with VoipCheap.co.uk, the other is JustVoip both accounts have calling credits.

my problem is when I call this number 0844 811 8112 as soon as I hit the call button I get "call ended the number is invalid"

this happens on both VoipCheap & JustVoip and I happen to know it's a valid number that receives hundreds of calls per day

I have tried entering the number like this 08448118112

and also like this +448448118112

Is there anything else I can try, thanks.

you'll have to ask the providers. They aren't obliged to interconnect to any specific number range for example the new 03 geographical codes don't work from a number of services and the same for 05xx VoIP numbers.

thanks ... I've sent them an internal email but won't be holding my breath for a reply, they even say on their website they have only a few staff to answer queries.
