I would only really need the SIP when on the home WiFi, I don't even have an Internet package on my phone when I'm out and about, I simply wouldn't use it.

Cheers for the input, at least I've some idea when I am sorting out my upgrade.

Yes, I use CSipSimple on my Galaxy S2 (Android) phone and also on an Android tablet. Works great on both
