New SKY broadband and talk customer. They've made me go onto VOIP. All was working OK and then... it takes over 30secs now for a call to connect, then I am cut off at random points. if I dial out or someone calls me the call can be disconnected. I have had the router replaced and the same thing happens. Any ideas as SKY support appear to have no clue!
