The poster said they went for "KIT Virtual" which looks like a redirect service. If they went for "KIT Hub" then they would be supplied an ATA which plugs into an Ethernet port on the router. A voice port on an ONT is very unusal for an alt-net (given the extra costs) and would only be usable if Zzoom were providing the voice service.
