Has Heart Internet gone tits up? Just trying to use my site - gone - tried to raise a ticket - gone - tried to view Heart's main page - gone.

Great April Fool's day joke, Heart! Now fix these numerous annoying server crashes you keep having lately frown

I had a little chat with them, they had others reporting the same thing, turns out it was a link inbetween them and us that failed for a short period.
