multi user customised sites

i need a system that you go to the main user login page. the username of the login will then decide which "version" of the site to go to. Different versions will have different images, logos, DB tables etc.

is there a pre-made script that will give me that kind of functionality?

I think you might have to give details of the environment your pages work within.
