Hi,
At the moment you can get WBC from Enta resellers (we are one such reseller smile) and some others are just starting to bring their services on-line as well.
What was it you was looking for?

Its a wholesale product available to all those that want it

WBC has many variants, so hard to give a simple price chart, but works out at around £70 to £80 per Mbps of uncontended capacity. IPStream is around the £90 to 100 mark.

i.e. WBC is meant to be 10% or so cheaper, but the initial start up costs will negate a lot of this.

As well as the BT system there are other ADSL2+ systems available at many exchanges, and a few of these are better and cheaper than BT-based ones. Others are worse than BT-based ones.

What exchange are you on?
