If the poster is unhappy and wants to use that section, but as with all ISP's there are problems now and then.

http://bbs.adslguide.org.uk/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=otherisp is the natural home, since Ace don't qualify for a listing under current rules I suspect

iv read that and on the whole agree, but when an isp takes up a very large part of these forums, above most (and they have since iv been here) i feel that an exception should be made. *just my opinion

The original thread starter was suggesting a "dedicated" forum for Ace-Internet, replying like UK_Lad did, suggesting that a dedicated forum would be the complaints section is a blatent troll.

I was under the impression that wasn't allowed here?
