Whats that got to do with it?

As far as I'm aware its completely unthrottled and unlimited should mean 'unlimited'.
Its upto 8mb, with an upload of 448k.

Its the 'residential' connection, not the 'business'

Its still the business package, just with a residential upload speed.

and the residential priority instead of the business (like the old 50:1 instead of 20:1 contention)

Given that as far as we know it really is trully unlimited, is certainly the best unlimited up to 8meg package available in the UK, given that it's available to home users too (who are considered as "consultants" )

The importance of it being based on a normal consumer ADSL service rather than a business MAX Premium one is that when congestion occurs at the local exchange or BT's network other business users who have a proper business ADSL service (MAX Premium) will have priority over those who use this service.

This does make a difference and it's fairly easy to create congestion conditions such that this takes place - I have customers who have tested it.

Cheers guys, think I might be going for this as soon as I can get rid of Tiscali off my line.
Dont think the contention will be an issue either as I am on a semi remote exchange and not in a big business area.

Thanks
