Moving from BISCIT for min contract ?

[link to this post]

Hi , I just understand from the library's computer that I dont have a Broadband because BISCIT are gone..
Strange I didnt have any emails or phonecalls ....

I am looking for good provider with minimal charge per months ,minimal contract , I have 526 kbps speed broadband , if it is possible to have at least 2gb ( better more ..) download per month and to not have to pay for transfer to the new provider ...(and to be clear should I pay for leaving them after 2-3 months ?? )
I have already router and I am in NI .
Thank you !

Hi,
Do you also have your phone line with them as a few customer that have come over to us who also had their phone line with them, and have found their service was on LLU and that normally means an instal charge, but if not and you have a MAC then their should be no charges.

There are various stories relating to portions of the subscriber base on the main site front page - http://www.thinkbroadband.com/ - which might be worth checking too.

I had a broadband from BISCIT more than 3 years , but my phone is separate provider .
I dont know about LLU , not sure - just today I received my MAC code .
My wife said to stop the broadband and the phone ...:-) .
There is a truth in that too ..;-p)

I dont see is there any charge for leaving after couple of months ( if dont stay whole year ) for the providers that you are mentioning ?

What could tell me about NAMESCO , DST ?
