Ok i have just called freedom2surf and requested a mac code and im going to sign up with ukfsn since it seems to be one of the most popular isp's . I will go for the home max 30 option with 30gb peak and 300gb off peak.

my newsleecher program can be setup to pause dowloading during peak hours so this should suit me fine

looking forward to the faster speeds and saving

know of several people downloading high volumes per month or so and causing contention on my isp, will recommend the 2 isp's to them. seems they all got stuck on a single pipe and are whining that they are all affecting each other's speeds :_
