There is no set up fee for Entanet re-sellers when you are migrating in (unless on LLU). Have a look at the migration page on a resellers web site like UKFSN for example.

Looks like I didn't read the page right so I'm quite happy to go with an Entanet supplier but which one??

If you look at DSL Zone the top recommended ISP's are Enta resellers so I guess it's down to personal preference - NewNet are excellent btw from personal experience.

Perhaps your average/peak monthly usage would help in choosing a supplier.

If you are not a heavy user, Waitrose Broadband is excellent with free 24/7 support, free router & up to 3 months free.

If you pick an Entanet provider out of the main 3 (ukfsn, vivaciti, adsl24) I would personally choose UKFSN as from my experience they were the ones that answered a load of questions i had in an email in the most detail.

All 3 did answer the email i sent though and all 3 were quick in answering (same day). From user reports, there is very little between any of those 3 Entanet suppliers, and as you are transfering from Tiscali all 3 will be sooooo much better, they all know their products and they know them well

Newnet is another Very good provider which you mentioned but be aware if you want a buffer of a good usage allowance their allowance is nowhere near that of a Entanet provider.

Namesco although rated high by some i personally wouldnt go for, but the free router and 30 day contract on some packages does look good value.

At the end of the day as long as you are not a regular heavy user i imagine any of those ^^^ above you will be more then happy with, they will be a HUGE improvement over Tiscali.
