I'm thinking of changing ISP and would appreciate your advice.
I've been with Nildram for the last 6 years (or so) but I've decided to look elsewhere as the service has gone really downhill (From having a quick look round the forum it seems I'm not the only one)
The IDNet Home Max product seems to fit the bill and they seem to do quite well in the ratings. However, it looks like they only provide phone support during office hours Monday to Friday. I've emailed IDNet and asked about this and they said that support is available outside of these hours via email. Surely this about as much use as a 1 legged cat trying to bury turds on a frozen pond ? or am I missing the point ? How can I email them if the broadband is not working ?
