Sort of summing up the posters to date, in my opinion Newnet is the one to go for under 20GB per month. IDNet is possibly better but more expensive.
Unless you are a really light user then ADSL24 is �19.99pm which gives huge allowances but can suffer speed restrictions in the evenings and at weekends, which the other two do not. As you are migrating at least partly because of speed problems....
In fact I find Newnet is faster in the evenings than during the day. Presumably because it is primarily a business ISP and they all pack in by then. But the day is fine as well - over 70% of profile.
However, all three are good ISPs. You will not regret it whichever you go for.

(My normal profile is 6000 but had a low sync a couple of days ago in a storm so it went down to 5500).
