From Zen to where?

[link to this post]

Hi

Its a measure of how happy I have been with zen that I havent looked here for years let alone posted

As an advert once said 'it just kinda works'

And it also just kinda costs too which I cannot ignore any longer

Whilst I am very happy with the service I am realizing there may be savings I can make with my home comms

I currently pay for:

Broadband
BT line
Sky for the telly
Mobile - although this is minimal on PAYG and probably not important

My problem is that having been through the poor customer service experience (thanks Virgin, Freeserve and Eclipse) I dont want to make the same mistake again

Who will sell me a bundle which will provide robust and reliable phone and broadband?
I value the above before absolute speed but Id been disappointed if it was markedly slower than the 4MB I connect at now
The telly obviously must be hassle free too

Sky must be the obvious choice, although I dont know anyone who uses them locally
BT seem the 'safe' option, I remember they gave discounted Sky a while ago

After the Talk Talk fiasco I switched off looking at bundles

Where do I need to do my research please?

Cheers

Start here and post the link to the results smile.

What company is your mobile, how much do you top up and how often, and what BT call package are you on?
Which Zen package and price (in case it is a legacy one)?

Bob: Demon dialup >> Freeserve dialup >> BT Broadband >> Prodigynet >> Newnet >> O2 Standard.
Purple Cloud for domain, email and web space.
