Help finding provider cheap no LLU available wales

hi im looking for a bb provider for my mum,she lives in wales and is on this exchange WNLBG llanbedrog

it is limited and only ipstream,,

was looking at the plusnet deal 18months (long time) i just done want her on a slow ipstream product like the os access,,so any help would be great..she only need anout 3+ gig a month for general surfing

If she only needs 3GB then I wouldn't advise shelling out for a premium ISP. If my usage was that, anything would do. Dare I say Tiscali!

Newnet Home Lite should do, but if in doubt Home M is bound to, both available with the monthly contract price shown. (The banner prices are annual contract divided by 12).

Definitely the top class ISP under 20GB per month usage, and you don't want hassle.

They have an online usage monitor so if you have the login to the Order system you can keep track and see she isn't killing it once she discovers iPlayer or similar.

That way you can also handle pre-paying excess usage if necessary, again to save hassle, although if you have the excess usage allowance set appropriately the worst that happens is an after-the-event excess charge.

Note you can pre-pay excess usage at the low rate even after exceeding the standard allowance so long as you do it before the end of the month. It works on calendar month not activation date month.
