Advice Needed..

I'm looking to change my Broadband provider from AOL to anybody else with medium usage (Used to watch Iplayer & download through Bit torrent occasionally)

I don't particularly want to spend more than £25 a month and would be completely happy with being capped at certain points in the day but obviously having some Bit torrent bandwidth available to me when I need to acquire a err Linux Distro.

The exchange i'm on is here

These are my current line stats
ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 2816 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 54 db 15.5 db
Noise Margin 5 db 22 db

I don't know what orange is like, but its the only LLU you have on your exchange? May be worth a bit of research into them.

Many bad reports, though the LLU may be better than BT-based Orange.

I'm surprised you didn't suggest your own ISP, Xilo. Looks fair to me.

You could try Xilo, but I don't like recommending a product without first hand knowing what it is like. I have only been on their C&W LLU and they are superb.

I can also say Xilo are great on support, you may want to have a look at their packages here.

You'd be best checking your number and seeing what you can get for your £25 a month.
