Xilo traffic shaping and offpeak time?

[link to this post]

All in the title really... does Xilo traffic shape at all, and does it have an off peak period where downloads are unmetered? Couldn't gleam any of this information from their site.

Also, any one want to chime in about their experience with xilo... seriously considering it as an alternative to my current terrible ISP that has been bought by the devil several times....

No traffic shaping...

and no off peak periods. Your usage allowance is 24/7 (and I think is answered in the FAQ at the bottom of the page).

Really impressed with Xilo and can recommend them for definate.

Here is a good link by someone else who was impressed with their service so you know what you'll get in your control panel.

Xilo's support tickets have an unbelievably quick response time to them too, should you need to use these.

Thanks for the responses!

benbird, read in a thread about small ISPs that you changed to vivaciti: http://forums.thinkbroadband.com/which_isp/t/3636251...

Did that not go well?

Vivaciti was fine, however you pay £21.85 instead of £17.24 for the same service (both using C&W LLU), also from my experience with both of them, Xilo in terms of website, user interface on the control panel and the response times for tickets are way ahead of Vivaciti.

Oh and you get to keep the email with Xilo even if you left, with Vivaciti, they terminate the email you set up with them.
