As for their support having a 0800 number, hardly a big deal as you can use something like 0800Buster to call using your mobile inclusive mins. Anyway more people would complain if TTB did not have a freephone number.

Well I didn't know about 0800Buster so had to use the 0800 number. Why can't TTB or TTR offer a choice of an 01/02/03 number? Then everyone would be happy. And yes, it is a big deal with extra call charges in excess of £10 on an otherwise zero cost of calls using a mobile phone just to report a fault with TTB voice service.

Mt preferred option is to use the WeQ4U app/number

http://www.weq4u.co.uk/

But yes, they ought to publish a non 0800 number as well.

IIRC, 0800 numbers will have to be free from mobiles from June 2015 (as they should have been all along, - they already are on giffgaff)
