Well I didn't know about 0800Buster so had to use the 0800 number. Why can't TTB or TTR offer a choice of an 01/02/03 number? Then everyone would be happy. And yes, it is a big deal with extra call charges in excess of £10 on an otherwise zero cost of calls using a mobile phone just to report a fault with TTB voice service.
