Make sure it is the guaranteed credit part of pension credit.

I think you have to phone them and they send a paper application form, they then verify with DWP etc. so it takes a few weeks.

The customer only gets the basic "BT hub 4" but that is perfectly adequate for an ADSL service.

I've not used TTB myself, but from what I've heard, their customer service is far better than TT Residential. Plus, the free static IP might help if you are doing remote management of her PC
